GH₵350
per month, per business location
One simple subscription for each location you run, with your whole team, calendar and listing included.
Payment fee
3%
on payments collected through Novara
All in: it includes payment processing, with no extra processing charge. Cash and payments you collect directly attract no commission.
How the 3% works
For a GH₵100 payment collected through Novara:
- Customer pays
- GH₵100
- Payment fee (3%, all in)
- GH₵3
- Your business receives
- GH₵97
If that GH₵100 is a deposit toward a GH₵300 service, the fee stays GH₵3. The remaining GH₵200 paid at your shop attracts no further Novara fee.
A month on Novara
If you collect GH₵10,000 through Novara in a month, at one location:
- Payment fees (3% of GH₵10,000)
- GH₵300
- Subscription, from month two
- GH₵350
- Total from month two
- GH₵650
- Total in your free month
- GH₵300
- Unlimited bookings & team members
- Free marketplace listing
- Customer messaging & reviews
- Online payments & deposits (3% all in)
- Multiple locations
- Ghana-based support
